The invoice is sent from Wine group and is paid no later than 10 days before the trip.

The invoice can be split into two payments.

It is also possible to invoice companies for conference travel. Please fill in company name and VAT number and a message about what you want on the invoice.

The price includes accommodation in a double room, breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as access to the on-site spa. All visits to vineyards including transport are included.

We recommend flights  to Verona/Venice. 

To be picked up at airport, check with us before booking your flight.

You can also fly wherever you want and take the train closer and we will agree on a pick-up location.
